My Heart's Quest Challenge #86 DT projects for AWAHG theme + opt white and/or black heart

who: Hi, I'm Becca S. This is a personal blog for most of my 13 challenge blogs. :) I have a confession about my craft supplies: currently my stash is split into 3 places: our dining table a.k.a. current work space, my new craft shed/studio and a small part of one of our garages that has my oldest and neglected stash. This is a work in progress. The shed was bought last June but isn't quite weatherproof enough to be out there on most of our winter days. Our spring weather has been a roller coaster so I've been out there for just short spurts. I'm ready to get out there more. 

why: This posting showcases my design team projects for Heart's Quest Challenge Blog #86. (HQCB) Main theme is AWAHG or anything with a heart goes and the option is using white and/or black heart(s). I'm using pale pink heart for AWAHG and 1 white heart for the option. 

when: #86 starts on 28 May and ends on NEW extended date of July 15, 2026!! 

what: Project #1: HB2U-- Dream On; You are a limited edition card (dramatic look)

how-to & vendor notes for #1: using HQCB #86 option: white heart

1. white cardstock cut and top-folded to 4.25" x 5.5" dimensions = Tonic Studios

2. black paper panel cut to 4" x 5" = multicolor paper pad by Hello Hobby/Walmart

3. washi tape = given in a junk journal or kindness box; old

4. gold glitter stars = Recollections

5. white and gold puffy dot stickers = Recollections

6. white puffy heart sticker = Fancy Pants Designs

7. red-purple cardstock punched circle/partial circle = recycled tissue box side panel packaging!!!!

8. 'dream on' trimmed shorter with deckle-edge scissors + zebra = Dreamers vellum and ephemera pack by American Crafts

9. 'you are a limited edition' sticker = Sweet Rush sticker book by Vicki Boutin

10. black gel pen = Paper Mate's Ink Joy gel pen set

11. black stamp pad ink = Hero Arts (to ink the white CS base edges)

12. inside = stamped 'Happy Birthday'

22. lime green and grass green paper panels + bright pink paper for tracing & fussy cutting the large heart = Colorbok rainbow color pack

23. Bleeding Hearts photo cardstock; trimmed 1/2" on right side = old recycled/upcycled pocket calendar cover insert for the plastic cover!!! 

24. "love and hugs" clear stamp = part of a multi-expressions stamp package = Crafter's Square

25. 'hello' gold foil type clear sticker = Antique Garden sticker book by K & Company

26. pale pink rhinestone heart sticker = Nicole Brand Crafts (pack had 3 different sizes of hearts; all pale pink)

21. pastel blue cardstock folded on left side dimensions 3" x 4" approx. = Colorbok pastel cardstock pad

22. used a template to ink the focal circle = Fish Tank/blue mini stamp pad = Lawn Fawn

23. green marker for wreath lines; glitter paint pens in green and blue = stash items; also a bright pink/magenta marker for the berry/flower dots

24. blue dual-tip marker using the fine point tip for sentiment = Art Skills

25. pale pink enamel heart and 4 varied pink enamel dots from the same package = Freckled Fawn
