My Heart's Quest Lovable Quotables Challenges #6 DT projects with quotes

who: I'm Becca S, an artsy-craftsy mish-mesh stylist who also loves creative communication whether its school yearbooks, newspapers, or blogging! My husband and I have been married for 30.5 years and have been pet parents together for 6 years for our rescued Chi-zer mix Mister Bennett. (Chihuahua and Miniature Schnauzer)

why: HQLQCB or Heart's Quest Lovable Quotables Challenges Blog is the newest specialty niche crafting challenge blog that I've started. The first four sessions were monthly and then #5 went to bi-monthly. Blogland has a couple of others that focus on sentiments (that can be quotes but could just be a word or two such as 'Get Well Soon') or size of word/words. HQLQCB emphasis is on quoted/referenced/credited song lyrics or poetry or movie lines or historical figures' words or Chinese fortune cookie proverbs, etc. 

when: #6 will start August 5, 2026 and end on September 20, 2026

what: Project #1: from the Bible, Old Testament, Nehemiah 9:6 double page layout

how-to & vendor notes for #1:

1. white card base used in a different layout arrangement for display purposes = pack of 6 by Crafter's Square

2. Aqua Plaid print paper scrap cut (fussy cut) = Recollections

3. moon and stars print paper cut to 4" x 5" approx. = Apothecary paper pad by Fancy Pants Designs

4. five clear crystal gems scattered on the night sky paper = from a large pack = Crafter's Square

5. vellum for the quoted verse and ghost cursive blue writing "heavens & earth & seas" = ?/I've had these vellum sheets (this was fussy cut from the middle of its sheet) with religious words and verses along with similar motivational quotes and words for at least 25-30 years; probably purchased at Zondervan Family Bookstore in the St. Louis metro area

6. white acrylic paint used to adhere the vellum to the aqua plaid paper = Rich Paint's Acryology Premium White Acrylic Paint (used a cotton swab to apply)

7. black gel pen = Paper Mate's Ink Joy gel pen set (this is 1 of 4 colors)

8. Beach Blue alcohol marker = Arteza (used for the margin to frame the night sky print paper)
