My Heart's Quest Challenges #85 AWAHG theme + option of pink or blue hearts DT projects

why: this post showcases my newest owner/design team projects for Heart's Quest Challenge Blog's #85. The second project is for the main theme 'Anything With a Heart Goes' (red hearts) and then the first creation is for the optional/specified heart color(s) of pink &/or blue (mine is just 1 pink heart). 

Project #1 is a mix of pink, red, beige/taupe and metallics. The pink heart is glitter glue filling the laser heart-shape opening on letter "O" in LOVE. This is for the optional heart color of pink. 

Project #2  has three red hearts for the main theme "AWAHG". 

when: #85 starts on April 28 and ends on May 27, 2025

what: Project #1: option theme = laser cut wood "Love" with the "o" having a heart-shape opening filled with pink glitter glue. 

how-to & vendor notes for #1: LOVE card

1. white CS = Georgia Pacific

2. pink paper panel = multicolor paper pad by Hello Hobby/Walmart

3. bright pink glitter glue = D' Imaginations

4. pale blush pink with white large flower print CS = Memory Lane's "Sweet Memories" design by Fancy Pants Designs

5. embossed orchids stickers = from a mixed colors of orchids pack = Crafter's Square

6. decorative tape = ?/ I do remember it was part of 3 metallic designs tape pack...

7. wood laser cut "LOVE" which came in pink = from a mixed color pack (plain, white, red, pink) = Crafter's Square

how-to & vendor notes for #2:

21. white 5" x 7" fold on top side card & envelope = Tonic Studios

22. red mirror foil paper = multicolor pack = Crafter's Square (half sheet)

23. "cherish love" vellum = from a very old pack of mixed expressions = some are religious and others are motivational; probably about 25 years old= ?; the vellum is laying on top of the red mirror foil paper panel so that foil is giving the vellum a pinkish tone....

24. red rhinestone gems = Nicole Brand Crafts

25. red Nuvo drops & clear Nuvo drops = Tonic Studios (clear dots have absorbed some of the red marker color); clean Nuvo drops added to the red heart next to 'cherish' to give it some shine

26. white CS scrap to trace two hearts = Georgia Pacific

27. red dual-tip marker = Art Skills (used to cover the 2 large white hearts)
