why: This posting is a blend of country and love from the farmhouse, the country cottage, the ranch-house, the cabin, the backyard, etc. This card's image panel with cotton candy makes me think of fairgrounds and the s'mores makes me think of backyards and campground settings! Those two snack foods are seen in Project #2. The foods in Project #1....

Loving my HQCB #74 DT AG choice of bee hive + blue hearts + yellow heart 28 May 2025

why: This posting showcases my #74 design team inspiration project for Heart's Quest Challenge Blog or HQCB. For several months now, the theme has been anything goes with specified colors of heart(s). #74 is blue and/or yellow heart(s). I've chose 2 stamps from a very old SU stamp set about bees for anything goes and included two little blue hearts and one little yellow heart. 

when: #74 starts May 28, 2025 and ends on June 27th. 

what: Let's bee friends card

how-to notes:

1. neon green cardstock panel cut to A2 size = Astrobrights by Neenah

2. white cardstock = Crafter's Square; started as A2 size and then trimmed with deckle-edged scissors (stash)

3. sentiment and bee hive stamps = old 1997 stamp set by SU

4. inside the arch window ==> Dapper Denim ink/stamp pad = SU [crumpled paper towel to pounce]

5. outside the arch window ==> Tranquil Tide ink/stamp pad = SU [same technique]

6. enamel dots = Fancy Pants Designs

7. heart enamel stickers = Recollections

8. dark brown retractable marker pen (1 of 4 color set) = Zebra Clickart

9. I created my own arch window stencil using a 4" x 6" index card, half punched circle to get the arch then measured sides and bottom edge using ruler; then cut out the 'interior' arch window area.
