who: I'm Becca S, a paper-crafter with an artsy-craftsy mish-mesh merging kind of style. I like to mix products from different companies plus blend old items with newer stuff. 

why: These showcased projects are for FarmQuest General Store challenge blog, 1 of 13 that I own and manage!

what: Project #1: Standing between the barn and the meadow Thank You card

how-to & vendor notes for #1:

1. pastel blue cardstock cut to 4.25" x 5.5" folded dimensions = Colorbok pastel CS pad

2. light blue enamel dots; different sizes = multi-color pack for the Everly Lane collection = Fancy Pants Designs

3. cut-a-part mini card and the 3 patterned papers (with 2 punched circles) = The Simple Life paper pad  by Simple Stories

4. Beach Blue alcohol marker used to color butterfly = Arteza

5. Canary Yellow alcohol marker used to color the bees' bodies = Arteza

6. black stamp pad to ink all paper edges = Hero Arts

21. AFCG theme elements: bees, butterflies, meadow plant, map pointer icon; along with the weaving of the checked gingham fabric ribbon strips

22. 110 lb. white cardstock cut to 4.25" x 5.5" = Tonic Studios

23. red and black checked fabric ribbon = spool = Crafter's Square; cut into strips and woven; ends/tails trimmed

why: This posting showcases my newest design team inspiration projects for FarmQuest General Store challenge blog. The challenge theme is always 'anything farm and/or country goes' with country referring to rural or remote outdoors settings and related activities. 

For March, I decided to do a farmhouse garden or meadow vibe for project #2 with barnwood, plaid, bee, ladybugs and wildflowers. For project #1, I also kept to a garden setting with flowering trees, birds, flowers, bees, butterfly and dragonfly! 

when: #38 for FQGS launches on March 7 and closes on April 5, 2026.

1. K & Company, 2021, Antique Garden collection: base cardstock with birds and flowering trees, cut-a-part mini card panel, text sticker, butterfly sticker and dragonfly sticker

2. brown retractable marker pen = Zebra Clickart for outlining

3. blue and other tones geometric washi tape = Pen + Gear

4. blue dual-tip marker; broad end = ink outer edges of base CS and cut-a-part panel
