what: PROJECT #1 AFCG theme Birdies in Autumn card

notes:

1. brown waffle textured specialty/bronze paper, orange, green, and yellow scraps = stash

2. red cardstock = Art Skills

3. birds, leaves, tag (fussy cut from a harvest collage print scrapbook sheet) = Crafter's Square

4. horizontal paper strips were torn; decorative scissors and different inks were applied to the tag

5. black ink pad = Hero Arts

AND

what: PROJECT #2 using QKRS digi "Got The Answer" (bear)

notes:

1. bold blue cardstock cut 4" x 6.75" and bold golden squash panel = Pen + Gear

2. black fine tip gel pen = Art Skills

3. planner stickers = old; ? Pen + Gear

4. navy blue alcohol marker = Arteza

5. teal/seafoam green markers = old stash item

6. dimensional foam tape strips between panels

what: PROJECT #3 using QKRS digi "Graduate Owl" (owl)

notes:

1. red cardstock panel cut 4" wide x 6.75" high and golden squash cardstock = Pen + Gear

2. planner stickers = old; My Mind's Eye

3. black fine tip gel pen = Art Skills

g. heron = Addicted to CAS; started Aug 17; theme is CAS = Blended (see image badge); MY card project #4 meets their guidelines of CAS and the theme for blended was used in my usage of colored pencils for the water that the heron is standing in--4 shades of blue, gray

h. heron = Inkspirational; started August 10; moodboard images--bright bold summery and some water; MY heron's bright yellow and bold blue cardstocks, added water to the image, and the layered floral stick-on (idea of a faux lily pad) remind me/reflect many from the moodboard

 Welcome to Becca's Quest for Love and Country Creativity blog!

Purpose: this posting is for my growing love and fascination for fantasy creatures/characters derived from literature whether the Bible's angels or fairy tales gnomes, trolls, elves and fairies! I took over the ownership of TFATU (The Fairy and The Unicorn) on 11/11/22. I'm going to rename it and add it as a sister challenge blog to Heart's Quest effective in Jan 2024. The new name will be Heart's Quest Fantasy Challenge Blog or HQFCB. 

When: #12.5 midway posting publishes on December 20, 2023 due to starting on December 2 and ending on December 31. 

What: #12 and always at TFATU/HQFCB, the theme is anything goes fantasy; I've chosen to do another angel

Notes:

1. focal images= note sure if this was saved from an issue of Guideposts or a different publication; it's been in my stash for a very long time

2. stained glass kind of geometric print cardstock scrap = a very old either My Mind's Eye or Webster Pages (b side of a world map print)
