purpose: this posting showcases my owner/DT contributions to Heart's Quest Fantasy challenges blog (that was known as The Fairy and The Unicorn when I took over ownership on 11/11/2022; only changed name effective on 1/1/2024). notes:

1. bright pink cardstock scrap = Neenah

3. "Whale Blue" alcohol dual-tip marker = Arteza

4. iridescent glitter acrylic paint applied in waves with cotton swab

5. two different lettering/number stickers, mermaid applique, and 'iridescent glass' tile type stick-ons = Crafter's Square

TFATU #11.5 Midway Reminder DT for 20 November 2023

 Welcome to Becca's Quest for Love and Country Creativity blog!

PURPOSE: This posting will share a bonus inspiration project for The Fairy and The Unicorn challenge blog! I'm the owner/DT of TFATU for  a year now! That is hard to fathom. On November 11, I asked Lisa J about taking over the blog and she agreed that day and the rest is now recent history! I've got a wonderful artistic group of crafters from around the globe! There are changes coming to TFATU in 2024. The biggest will be a name change because I'm going to make it part of a Heart's Quest 'family' of challenge blogs. Heart's Quest Fantasy Challenge Blog or HQFCB is the name I've chosen. The blog banners and badges will still have the same character/creature options but instead of teal, the main color will be red. Other changes will be shared in December and again in January.

WHAT: Fantasy element(s) are the gnomes. Thinking of gnome/you card ==>

WHEN: Reminder posting for TFATU #11 has been published on November 20, 2023. The main launch posting started on 11/7. The deadline is early on 11/30. 

NOTES: 

1. Fancy Pants Designs' Enchanted Garden collection: background cardstock is called Field of Flowers and all the stickers come from their stickers sheet

2. the dots on the Field of Flowers cardstock were added using Arteza Everblend Art Markers:

*poppy red R03

*canary yellow Y12

*pea green YG05

*condensed milk BR68 (love the name of this one!!!) And I just love how the these art markers' inks are matching the FPD's "EG" set!!!!!!!

3. black permanent marker plus condensed milk to shadow reflect/outline for the lettering of the sentiment

4. green cardstock for the base; Neenah; dimensions 3.75" deep x 7.75" wide

This is my personal posting for my DT inspiration project for The Fairy and The Unicorn challenge blog's February 2023 competition month. 

Anything Goes Fantasy

February 4-28, 2023 with start and end times at 2am CST/Chicago or that equates to 8am UK.

This month's launch posting I decided to use my almost new Pixi Dust Designs gnome stamp set to create this awesome Christmas card! I create several Christmas cards each month in order to have enough for a large mixed group of family and friends. 

I decided to use some coveted letter Scrabble game like wood tiles in my stash to accent this card instead of snowflakes or something else Christmas-y=

Vendor notes:

a. light blue 5" x 7" base card with white envelope from set = The Paper Studio/Hobby Lobby

b. wood letter tiles = Art Skills (?)
