Post purpose: this posting is for the newest offset monthly challenge for FarmQuest General Store challenges blog! #26. Always anything farm and/or country goes. Owl and feathers certainly fit into farm country rural settings, woods & forests.

what: PROJECT #1= Under the Harvest Moon

notes for Project #1:

1. the peach looking cardstock base is actually neon orange; scanner light fades it to peach = Astrobrights neon pack; Neenah

2. yellow copy paper; torn and inked = Pen + Gear

3. owl and feathers came from 1 sheet; part of a mixed forest animals paper pad = Crafter's Square

4. orange and yellow watercolor triangle print paper = Art Skills

5. 2" circle punch = EK Success tool

6. black gel marker pen = Zebra (for the barbed wire looking doodling)

22. the yellow with roses patterned paper cut into strips = very old hoarded paper by ?/ I believe it's My Mind's Eye

23. two little heart/love striped cut-a-part cards = very old patterned paper from Webster Pages

24. the rubber tree clipart image was black and white free download = ClipArt Library website; free for personal usage

25. two green tone colored pencils and a cappuccino tone colored pencil to fill in the rubber plant and its planter pot = stash items

26. black outlining of the clipart image = dual tip black marker = Art Skills

27. coppery gold-brown gel marker pen used to cross-hatch fill the heart with green and white stripes little card and to write "Bloom" = Zebra gel marker pen (4 pack set with 3 colors of ink: coppery gold, black and silver)

28. the beige and green plant textured stickers = Crafter's Square

~~ special notes: FarmQuest #69 theme is currently open until March 27 and it's about nocturnal animals (night-time active critters) which OWLS are.

Guest Cookie Artist Designer for IYGACAC April 2023

 Greetings! On this personal blog that's generally focused on either heart/love or farm country topics, this posting is for a GD spot with If You Give A Crafter A Cookie challenge blog.

What: Guest Cookie Artist Designer inspiration card

When: starts April 1, 2023

For whom: If You Give A Crafter A Cookie challenge blog

Theme: majority color usage must be green

Upon A Star--Wish birthday or encouragement card= (this is going to my niece with her 21st birthday on Monday!!!)

several different shades and tones of greens, textures, and minimal neutrals, a smidge of yellow showing on the mottled green scrap and a bit of blue on the paisley panel to keep this card as majority green

Notes about design process and vendors:

1. Allison Kreft Designs for the Hello World Star overlay (cut to the same size as tag

2. Bohemia (paisley print) cardstock

3. sheer ribbon started as a soft yellow/ivory and a 'tie-dyed' it with a dark green marker

4. green cardstock base dimensions 5" wide x 6.25" tall
